The Bramble Patch more than a berry farm and retail outlet -

March 2005 - The Bramble Patch Homestead Garden was open to the public through the Australian Open Garden Scheme. The weekend was a huge success as visitors marvelled at the lushness of the lawns and garden beds, considering the drought conditions of the region. The garden is comprised of plants suited to the cooler climate of the Granite Belt and displayed with monet bridges and a waterfront view of the property dam (Lake?) from the wooden deck. Many surprises can be had as you meander through the garden - textures and colours of canna lillies, rose arbours, sedges, hedges and so much more.

In November and part December 2005 the garden will be open to the public again on specific dates yet to be decided. Two or three functions will also be held in the gardens and these will be held at the opportune times around dawn and dusk.

Do you have a special occasion to celebrate? - The Bramble Patch staff can help with your needs.
