Fruit Pastes
- Gently melt with a little boiling water and brush over meats for a fruity glaze
- Add to sauces and gravies for a subtle, fruity sweetness
Chilli Plum Sauce
- Use as a dipping sauce for Asian-style finger food
Shiraz Sauce
- For a great finger food option combine a little with sour cream to make a great dipping sauce for meatballs
- Great with game meats like venison or kangaroo
Berry Vincotta
- Slightly warm some camembert or brie in the oven, sprinkle with toasted walnuts, drizzle with vincotta and serve with crackers
- Toss vegetables and meats to coat before roasting or cooking on the BBQ, for extra flavour
- For a delicious Summer dessert drizzle over fresh strawberries and toss with a some caster sugar. Stand at room temperature for at least 1 hour and just before serving grind a little black pepper over the top
Vinegars
- Use as a glaze over poached pears & serve with vanilla ice-cream
- Combine with pan juices after cooking meats like veal or pork chops, reduce until slightly thickened and serve as an accompaniment. Stir through a little cream for a richer sauce.
